Last Updated: July – 1st – 2026

Welcome to the BH Woodwork Design website. These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using this website and requesting information, estimates, or services from BH Woodwork Design.

By using this website, submitting a form, requesting an estimate, or contacting BH Woodwork Design through this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Use of This Website

This website is provided for general information about BH Woodwork Design, our custom woodwork services, project process, service areas, contact information, and estimate requests.

You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes, to submit false or misleading information, to interfere with website operation, or to attempt unauthorized access to any part of the website.

Website Content

The content on this website is for general informational purposes only. While we try to keep information accurate and current, BH Woodwork Design does not guarantee that all website content is always complete, current, or error-free.

Service descriptions, materials, project examples, images, availability, and process details may change at any time without notice.

Quote Requests and Estimates

Submitting a quote request through this website does not create a contract or guarantee that BH Woodwork Design will accept, schedule, or complete a project.

Any estimate provided is based on the information available at the time, including photos, measurements, project details, material preferences, and communication with the client.

Estimates may change after additional review, site measurements, material selection, design changes, access conditions, installation requirements, or changes in project scope.

A project is not confirmed until both parties agree to the project details, pricing, timing, and any required written documents, invoices, deposits, or agreements.

Project Scope and Site Review

Custom woodwork depends on accurate measurements, project access, site conditions, materials, finishes, and installation requirements.

BH Woodwork Design may need to review the site, confirm measurements, inspect access, discuss layout, and clarify project details before providing final pricing or moving forward with fabrication.

If hidden conditions, measurement changes, access limitations, wall conditions, site issues, or project changes are discovered, pricing, schedule, or scope may need to be adjusted.

Woodwork-Only Services

BH Woodwork Design provides custom woodwork services. This may include custom cabinetry, vanities, closets, doors, decks, built-ins, interior millwork, and commercial woodwork.

Unless specifically agreed in writing, BH Woodwork Design does not provide plumbing, electrical, countertops, flooring, painting, tile work, full remodeling, structural engineering, permitting, or services outside the agreed woodwork scope.

Clients are responsible for arranging any additional trade work required for the project unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Materials, Finishes, and Availability

Materials, finishes, hardware, colors, grain patterns, textures, and product availability may vary.

Natural wood, veneer, hardwood, and other wood-based materials can have variations in grain, color, tone, and texture. These variations are normal and may not match samples or photos exactly.

Material availability, supplier changes, discontinued products, delivery delays, or market conditions may affect pricing, timeline, or available options.

BH Woodwork Design may recommend material alternatives when needed.

Drawings, 3D Designs, and Approvals

BH Woodwork Design may provide drawings, sketches, layouts, renderings, or 3D design support when needed for a project.

Drawings and 3D designs are used to help communicate layout, proportions, function, and design direction before fabrication. They may not represent exact final color, texture, lighting, or material appearance.

Client approval of drawings, designs, measurements, materials, or finishes may be required before fabrication begins. Changes after approval may affect cost, schedule, or project scope.

Scheduling and Access

Project scheduling may depend on design approval, material availability, site readiness, fabrication time, installation requirements, and other active projects.

Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the project area at the agreed time. This may include access to parking, elevators, building entrances, work areas, electrical access, and any building rules or requirements.

Delays caused by limited access, unavailable site conditions, incomplete preparation, building restrictions, or client-requested changes may affect the project schedule and cost.

Payments, Deposits, and Change Orders

Payment terms, deposits, invoices, balances, and accepted payment methods will be provided separately when applicable.

Any deposit, cancellation, refund, or payment policy must be stated in the estimate, invoice, written agreement, or project documents for that specific project.

Changes requested after an estimate, approval, or project start may require a revised estimate or change order. Additional labor, materials, drawings, fabrication, or installation work may increase the final cost.

Cancellations and Delays

Cancellation, postponement, or rescheduling terms may depend on the project stage, materials ordered, fabrication progress, and written project documents.

Custom work may involve material purchases, design time, shop preparation, or fabrication work that cannot always be reused for another project.

Any cancellation or rescheduling terms should be reviewed in the project estimate, invoice, or written agreement.

Warranty and Workmanship

Any warranty, workmanship guarantee, product warranty, or service guarantee must be stated in writing for the specific project.

Unless a written warranty is provided, website content should not be understood as creating a warranty or guarantee.

Manufacturer warranties, if applicable, may be subject to the manufacturer’s own terms, limitations, and exclusions.

Project Photos and Portfolio Use

BH Woodwork Design may take or request project photos for review, documentation, communication, quality control, or project planning.

BH Woodwork Design will not use private client project photos publicly for website galleries, marketing, advertising, social media, or portfolio use without permission.

If permission is given, BH Woodwork Design may use approved project photos to show completed work, project details, materials, or service examples.

Images on this website may include completed project photos, example images, design visuals, generated visuals, or representative images used to show service types, material direction, or design concepts.

Website images are not a guarantee that every project will look the same. Final results depend on measurements, materials, finishes, design approvals, site conditions, and project scope.
